At Mercia Garden Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your garden building or accessory isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Notify us of your intent to return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and reason for return within the 14-day cooling-off period.

  Ensure the item is disassembled, repacked in its original packaging, and kept in a dry, secure location ready for transit.

  Arrange Collection

  We will coordinate with our specialized logistics team to schedule a convenient date for the collection of your garden product directly from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our facility to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable collection fees.
